글로벌 마켓 시황(이하 「서비스」)은 회원 가입 없이 누구나 쓸 수 있는 시장 정보 사이트입니다. 서비스는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 되도록 받지 않으며, 받는 정보와 쓰는 곳은 아래와 같습니다.

1. 받는 정보와 쓰는 곳

서비스는 결제, 회원 계정, 위치 정보, 연락처를 받지 않습니다.

2. 보관 기간과 파기

댓글은 이용자가 삭제를 요청하거나 서비스가 운영을 마칠 때까지 보관합니다. 방문 집계는 날짜별 합계로 줄여 보관하고, 개별 기록은 90일 안에 지웁니다. 파기할 때는 복구할 수 없게 지웁니다.

3. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁

받은 정보를 팔거나 다른 곳에 넘기지 않습니다. 사이트를 전달하는 데 Cloudflare(콘텐츠 전송·보안)를 쓰며, 이 과정에서 접속 기록이 Cloudflare 에 일시적으로 남을 수 있습니다.

4. 유튜브 채널과 YouTube API

서비스는 자체 제작한 시황 방송을 유튜브 채널 「글로벌 마켓 시황」(@aimarketdesk)에 올리기 위해 YouTube API 서비스를 씁니다. 이 기능은 채널 운영자 본인 계정으로만 인증하며, 다른 이용자의 유튜브 계정이나 데이터에는 접근하지 않습니다. 운영자 인증 정보는 서비스 서버에만 보관합니다. YouTube 서비스 약관(youtube.com/t/terms)과 Google 개인정보처리방침(policies.google.com/privacy)이 함께 적용됩니다. Google 보안 설정 페이지(security.google.com/settings/security/permissions)에서 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다.

YouTube API 데이터의 보관과 삭제: 서비스가 YouTube API 로 받아 보관하는 것은 운영자 채널의 인증 토큰과, 올린 영상의 ID·공개 상태뿐입니다. 연결을 끊으면 토큰은 더는 쓸 수 없게 되고, 서버에 남은 토큰 파일은 7일 안에 지웁니다. 영상 ID 기록은 채널에서 영상을 지우면 30일 안에 함께 지웁니다. 다른 이용자의 YouTube 데이터는 받지도 보관하지도 않으므로 지울 것이 없습니다. 삭제를 요청하려면 아래 7절 이메일로 연락하시면 30일 안에 처리합니다.

5. AI 생성 콘텐츠

시황 글, 방송 원고, 앵커 목소리, 그림은 AI 가 공개된 뉴스와 시세를 바탕으로 만듭니다. 이 과정에 이용자의 개인정보는 들어가지 않습니다. 모든 내용은 참고용이며 투자 권유가 아닙니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 자신이 쓴 댓글의 열람·수정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 브라우저 저장소의 정보는 브라우저 설정에서 직접 지울 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy (English summary)

Global Market Desk (aimarketdesk.com) has no user accounts. We collect only: (1) nicknames and text of comments users choose to post, (2) an anonymous random visitor ID, browser user agent and page names for aggregate visit statistics, and (3) watchlist settings kept only in the user's browser. We do not sell or share this data. We use the YouTube API Services solely to upload our own videos to our own channel (@aimarketdesk), authorized only by the channel owner; we do not access any other user's YouTube data. By using features that rely on YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) apply. Access can be revoked at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Data deletion: the only YouTube API data we store is the channel owner's OAuth token and the IDs and privacy status of videos we uploaded. After access is revoked, the stored token is deleted within 7 days; video records are deleted within 30 days after the video is removed from the channel. We store no other user's YouTube data.
